Question : itching, difficulty retracting foreskin of penis. white yeast looking buildup, dryness at foreskin tip

some bumps at foreskin tip I think leading to the dryness. Noticed about 4 weeks now. Before have seen yeast like buildup which I thought was just basic hygiene when using soap

Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You seem to have candidal balanoposthitis. I suggest you to take an oral antifungal e.g tab. fluconazole 150mg, once a day for 3 days. In addition I suggest you to apply a topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole 1% + beclomethasone 0.025% cream (clotrin B cream), twice daily for a week. If this is a recurring issue then I suggest you to kindly get your blood glucose levels checked
