Brief Answer:
Furuncle, oral & topical antibiotics, anti inflammatory medicines

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and it seems to be a furuncle which is a bacterial infection of the hair follicle.
I would recommend you to take a course of oral and topical antibiotics and anti inflammatory medicines.
I would recommend you to take tablet cephalexine 500 mg twice daily for 5 days and apply fusidic acid cream on the affected area twice daily.
Also take anti inflammatory medicine like tablet ibuprofen.
This should resolve your problem.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
