Hello!
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service!
I understand your concern and would explain that you should not increase the dose of Bystolic because its effects are enhanced by Cialis and you may be at risk of bradycardia.
I would recommend increasing the dose of losartan up to 50mg twice daily in order to help lower blood pressure values.
I would recommend you to closely monitor your blood pressure values in the next week in order to make further adjustments to your therapy if necessary.
Hope to have been helpful!
