Brief Answer:
Monoclonal gamopathy

Detailed Answer:
Dear MK,
Thanks for your query. There is no specific treatment for MGUS . To rule out myeloma, We need lot of investigations which includes immuno electrophoresis and bone marrow examination and complete skeletal survey. Also we need to see all other investigations you have done to rule out myeloma like Complete blood count with peripheral smear examination, kidney function tests and beta2 microglobin assay. For your pain continue with symptomatic tratment and adequete hydration for kidney care as per your doctors advice.
Thanks .
