There is suspicious cystic bronchiectatic change in the left perihilar area
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.
The chest xray is showing suspicious cystic bronchiectatic changes in the left perihilar area.
There is no pleural effusion.
The heart is normal in size.
The findings are suspicious and need to be confirmed with a CT chest scan.
Please discuss the xray with your doctors and get a CT chest scan if needed.
Regards,

                                    Brief Answer:
There is suspicious cystic bronchiectatic changes in the next chest xray
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.
I find the same suspicious cystic bronchiectatic changes in the left perihilar area in the next chest xray.
Suspicious word is used because xray does not confirm findings at times and even normal areas can give this pattern. Some doctors might think the chest xray to be normal
If you are continuing to have chest problems then a CT chest scan can help to confirm.
