iam young male age 26 with no helath issues

There is no pleural effusion.
The heart is normal in size.

The findings are suspicious and need to be confirmed with a CT chest scan.

I find the same suspicious cystic bronchiectatic changes in the left perihilar area in the next chest xray.

Suspicious word is used because xray does not confirm findings at times and even normal areas can give this pattern. Some doctors might think the chest xray to be normal

If you are continuing to have chest problems then a CT chest scan can help to confirm.
