Question : kindly help me with Gas n Acidity problem.i am facing lot of gas ,stomach bloating.

2.what medications you are taking presently. Nothing... Just taking se hot water made with ajuvain, jeera, ginger honey in morning emplty stomach

Just take Cap Razer DSR Empty stomach in morning for 7 days.

Avoid spicy, oily and junk food.

Drink plenty of water

And exercise for atleast 20 mins daily
