I have seen the attached report and the report clearly says that there are no serious issues like cancer or precancerous changes in the endometrium.

Endometrium does change with time and as a woman nears the end of her reproductive life, her endometrium becomes disordered (irregularly growing).

A course of oral contraceptive pills usually make it grow normally again.

Please discuss with your treating gynecologist regarding OC Pills.

Prognosis is usually excellent.
