Garre's osteomylitis of left leg underwent curettage 3 years back.
kindly suggest on future complications, prognosis and any major surgery indication in future.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Future complications of Garre osteomyelitis are Resurgence of infection and pathological fracture .In any osteomyelitis infection can reappear. Any osteomyelitis can lead to fracture due to weakening of bone. But both of these complication's are rare. Prognosis is good and normally no major surgery is indicated. However indications are reappearance of infection ,moderate to severe pain and pathological fractures.
