Question: m suffering from hair loss. nd m getting bald as male pattern. from both side ..can u suggest me something..and my skin is oily and my face have little pimple..when i pop out them it produces something white..so plz suggest me on that

Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

You seem to have androgenetic alopecia. It is characterized by a receding anterior hair line and thinning of hair from the vertex and frontal regions of the scalp. I suggest you to use minoxidil 5% solution, 1ml, twice daily. In addition I suggest you to take oral finasteride 1mg tablet (Finax 1mg)once a day. Both of these are approved remedies for androgenetic alopecia in males.
For acne, you may use a cleanser for oily skin e.g Cetaphil OS cleanser or Episoft OC cleansing gel, twice daily. Also use benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel (Pernex AC 2.5%) on acne bumps in day time. At night you may use Adapalene and Clindamycin combination gel (Deriva CMS gel) on the whole affected area.
