Question : may 2018 - my son stsrted getting a petecheia rash
we havw gone to the do tors seceral times to havw it looked at. in the mean time this past yead they have done blood work (will attach) and an ultrasound on his lymphnodes behidn his ears (said with in normal range but large) we were referred to a dermatologist (will attach their notes) . we have now been referred to a hemotology/oncology. i am freaking out- i feel like are ruiling out cancerous or anythibg else. he has no fever, bleeding gums or lethargic. this has been a yesr of coming and going. mainly on his back bhr it has besn on his thighs ans chest. i am attaching blood tesults from last may with doctor notes on each visit and their the dermatologist notes. we have taken him to the er doing the winter for constipation (doctor said thats normal for this age and them holding it at school) besides whats listed no other symptoms- what do you think on this ?

Do you think of it was cancer would other symptoms be presented ? I am very sacred for him. Is their other reasons petechia would be showing and coming and going ?
Looking at blood and what not is their a recommendation you have or thought on diagnosis ? I know the doctor mentioned previously s put his blood coagulated normal
With this being an issue since May 2018 would you feel cancer?

Brief Answer:
Blood coagulation factor should be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thank you for asking again.

If it was cancer other symptoms may be present as possible masses or changes in the blood film.
I think his doctor should check his blood coagulation factor levels (Factor 8 and 9) levels.
Also, s/he may check the Vitamin K levels.

Since it's been almost a year (from May 2018) without any other symptoms, further evaluation necessary.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
