Brief Answer:
Need a complete clinical workup.

Detailed Answer:
Hi...
Welcome to "Ask A Doctor" service.
I am Dr. Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

A collection in the pelvicalyceal system of the urinary tract is due to some distal obstruction which prevents proper urinary clearance.

Such obstruction might be due to a stone, structure, growth or septation, etc.
This in turn leads to backpressure and the condition which is medically called "Hydronephrosis".

For such patients, we go for a Work up in the form of blood work like counts, kidney function tests, urinalysis, CT Scan, and endoscopic examination, if needed.

The condition is treated as per investigation findings and clinical guidelines.
Hope that I have answered your query.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards
