Brief Answer:
Cortisone cream, moisturising lotion, antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and it seems to be senile pruritus.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream diluted in a moisturizing lotion containing white soft paraffin in the ratio of 1:3 on the back twice daily for 2-3 weeks and take antihistaminic like tablet chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg once daily at bedtime.
This will help in resolving your problem.
I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to answer any further queries.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
