Question : my 22 year old daughter woke up Saturday 15 December with swollen right side of her face . w I woke up like this could have hardly open my eye hat can this be

its not hurting just feels weired puffy

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I have seen the photo and it may be a symptom of food allergy or angioedema or maye teeth problem. Is she allergic to any food or medicine? She she eat any particular food recetly. Does she have any other symptom?
She can try an anti-allergic and see if it lessens. Otherwise a physical examination with doctor preferably surgeon is needed. Radiology/ultrasound of swelling maybe helpful in diagnosis.
