Question : my 3 year old grandson has had very smelly yellow mucous bowel movements. he has recently had colds and coughs so we have given him medicine for that about 3 weeks of daily medication. I thought that might be the explanation so I have pushed the water hoping to help clean him out. but im getting worried .

Probably that could be the cause of smelly bowel movements. Why don't you give him some probiotics available over the counter. Twice daily for 3 days
