Question : my absolute lymphocytes are high 3.9, the rest is at normal range even the lymphocytes that are 42.8 percent is normal

                                    Brief Answer:
A mild viral or bacterial infection possible.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
The lymphocytes average count is a bit elevated while absolute count is in the upper limit of normal range (up your 4,8 is normal) .
I think this is nothing to worry about.
Abdominal mild bacterial or viral infection can cause this changes.
No further tests are needed.
You can repeat the complete blood count after two weeks.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
