dry cough and she got itching in the body. her body is very dry. she has taken . She was taking Resinex tb medicine given by the doc for one month

She maybe having allergic bronchitis. Warm fluids like kashmiri kava green tea will help her. Drinking cleaner water will help. Oil massage will help.

Hi again
Her throat must also be dry that is why the dry cough. It could be due to drinking unclean water, candida, allergy, worms. Strictly clean water is needed and adding ghee to her foods is needed. Avoid taking any medicine that makes dry skin worse. Some medicines can cause dry cough, so avoid them. You can send me the lsit of medicines. I have not heard of Resinex tablet.
Treatment of dry cough depends on the cause. Take a short course of steroids in low doses as nebulizer for few days and Ascoril-C cough syrup one dose at night when cough is bad. Also take a deworming course of single tablet of Albendazole.
If dry cough persists, get Complete blood count (including TLC, DLC, AEC), chest X-ray and test for microfilaria done. Further opinion can be given with more details. You can let your doctor know about my opinion and I am certain that he will agree with me; order required tests, and- based on the reports- will arrive at a certain diagnosis and prescribe suitable treatment as advised.
