Question : my bp is normally around 130/80. yesterday about 10min. after getting off my bike my bp was 90/50. what would cause that?
my feet have been feeling a little numb lately.

After reviewing the medical query raised by you I can understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that it could simply be due to inadequate hydration (reduced water or salt intake). As no other medical details have been provided I’ll assume you to be otherwise healthy.

However taking into the age group which you have mentioned it’s highly advisable that you should get these following basic cardiac tests done to rule out any underlying issues
1. Ecg
2. Echocardiogram
