Brief Answer:
Prognosis is usually good in such cases.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Shrikant,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar, a neurologist, here to answer your query.

I have gone through the medical documents which you have uploaded. Your cousin had a suprasellar arachnoid cyst for which she has undergone ventriculocystocisternostomy. After this surgery, full recovery of bobbing may occur. She needs to do follow-up MRI's though, to observe cyst size and the degree of hydrocephalus.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Regards,
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
