Question : my daughter is 2yr6months old. she is having fever since yesterday.she had a spike afternoon and another spike last night..as f now she is not having fever..but she developed this rash on her elbow..it is itchy..wht treatment wuld u recommend doctor..thanks in advance

From the photo it seems to be herpes or dermatitis herpetiformis. Herpes is a virus and dermatitis herpetiformis happens with an intolerance to gluten. It has fluid filled sacs. But this diagnosis should be confirmed on physical examination by a doctor.

I will suggest that you see a skin doctor for further confirmation of diagnosis.
