Question : my freind is having allergy in her foot i am sending u pic of her foot please tell me medicine for same what is this allergy or any reaction

I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be an eczematous rash.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected area twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet fexofenadine 180 mg twice daily for 2 weeks.
This will help in resolving your problem.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.
