Brief Answer:
Current recommendations do not require quarantine necessarily

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I'm Dr. Branch, thanks for using 'Ask a Doctor'.

Based on current recommendations from the CDC, being exposed to an asymptomatic person with potential exposure is considered low risk, and the recommendations do not require staying home as long as there are no symptoms.

This would mean your grandmother is low risk and should be monitoring herself for any symptoms such as fever or cough. For you, they would not consider you to be at risk, though to be safe, you should also monitor yourself carefully, and if you develop any symptoms, you should self-quarantine.

If your symptoms were mild, you could stay at home and call your doctor's office to ask about testing. If you were having any shortness of breath or other more severe symptoms, you should be seen in the ER or doctor's office, making sure to call them before you arrive.

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any other questions, I would be glad to discuss it with you further.
