I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, it seems to be due to low blood sugar level. Kindly check blood sugar level.

In that case kindly give 2 to 3 teaspoon of sugar immediately.

I would suggest you kindly do fasting and postprandial sugar levels with HbA1c level after physician consultation.

Please let me know does he has increased micturation frequency, increased thirst, sweating, rapid pulsation, chest pain, breathing problems? Kindly follow up with detailed history.

Kindly do blood pressure monitoring regularly and take medications as adviced and do regular follow up with physician.

Along with that take balanced diet and keep yourself hydrated.
