Question : my kids got body lice from a friends im very ocd about things being clean my house is literally spotless an i clean every day but I can't seem to get rid of this problem please please tell me what to do..I've tried permithrin ive tried coconut oil tea tree oil an lots of other things the problem I think is it got bad before I realized what it was

they are 16 an 15 weighing 103 an 110 their symptoms seem to be somewhat improving mine however are not this has been going on several months an they have used the lotion about 5 time i have been using it almost daily im so itchy i can't sleep i weigh 189 an i dont feel its gettin any better for myself i don't have head lice but i have spots on my head for the body lice I don't know what more to do

Tablet ivermectin and antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg twice daily for the itching.
Also take an antimite medicine like tablet ivermectin 9 mg single dose stat and repeat after 10 days for the kids.
You can take tablet ivermectin 12 mg single dose stat and repeat after 10 days.
This will help in resolving your problem.
It is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get them,
