Question : my lower leg feels warm almost like the sun is beating on it. I have no cuts or bruises on my leg. what might be the cause

Brief Answer:
It could be Cellulitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Cellulitis is infection of skin and subcutaneous tissue.Any trivial cut or injury to the lowerlimb can cause Cellulitis which is warm on touch and tender on palpation.It may lead to fever also.
Colour Doppler/Ultrasound of the lower limb will give a clue.
I prescribe Antibiotic like Linezolid 600mg twice daily to my patients with Cellulitis.
Please consult your doctor and proceed further.
