Brief Answer:
PP SUGAR LESSER THAN FASTING

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX ....
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor"service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

In a fraction of individuals, post meals sugar level might be lower than the fasting level.

This can be due to multiple factors.

1High-carb dinner.
2.Somogyi phenomenon where this is due to physiological body changes.
3 XXXXXXX phenomenon where body starts mobilising extra glucose between 3 a.m. and 8 a.m to meet out the extra energy demands of upcoming day.
4.Increase in insulin sensitivity.
5.Defects in counterregulation.
6.Extreme anxiety.
7.After significant weight reduction.

You should take high fiber diet, avoid refined carbs,do moderate exercise and de stress yourself.

This does not require any active intervention at the moment but should be followed closely in the coming years.

Hope that I have answered your query.
If you have any doubts, please let me know.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.
