Question: my nose is all time blocked after using otrivin its get opened after looking up on the symptoms it's looked like sinus.

Hi,

It could be sinus infection or rhinitis. You can take Antihistaminics like Tab Cetrizine 10mg once daily after food in the night for 3 days. Also, do take steam inhalations with eucalyptus oil in it thrice daily, it can reduce the nasal congestion.
