                                    Brief Answer:
Need evaluation....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Are you able to bring back foreskin to normal? If there is difficulty to retract back foreskin along with swelling, then this may be related to paraphimosis.
Besides trauma, sometimes infection and tight foreskin cause this type of swelling. It may become worse over the period of time if left unattended. I will recommend you visiting a doctor who can check for aforementioned conditions. Appropriate treatment if any will be based on the cause.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards

Need to check for paraphimosis...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It seems to be a minor form of paraphimosis. Severe forms lead to tight swollen ring where retraction is almost impossible. You should get this checked by a doctor to rule out infection / injury.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
