Question : my scrotum attaches about a third the way onto the shaft of my penis that is like a webbing that shows when erect, and is similar to a Turkey neck when flaccid at the base. not sure why this is, but it causes condoms to not stay on all the way and can sometimes effect intercourse. what can I do about this?
