My Six Year Old Has Been Unwell He Has Had

Question: my six year old has been unwell he has had a temp up and down but been kept down with calpol and nurofen. he is going to sleep but is worrying me as when waking up he is scared and confused and taking some time to come round (no temp at the minute!) complaining of pains in his legs arms and neck as well. when he wakes he is saying he needs to scream as he is so scared!

The symptoms you describe is very common with viral flu.
No need to panic.
Continue medicines which you are giving right now.
Pain attacks should settle down in a day or two.
Keep him hydrated with plenty of liquids.
If symptoms persist consult with your Pediatrician
