Question : my son 3 years 8 months old developed white patches above the eyelids of one eye and side of the eye of another as shown in the photographs.....is it the indication of pityriasis XXXXXXX or vitiligo....plz advice and prescribed medicine ...local doctor ptescribed picon (primcolimus 1%)....what is your advice....

Hi. I have seen the attached pictures.
It could be mostly pitryriasis XXXXXXX This is commonly seen in kids at this age.
No treatment is required usually.
Frequent face wash, avoiding cosmetics, powder, etc might work.
If already tried and still persistent, consult your skin specialist to start that medicine you mentioned.
