Brief Answer:
Try stopping breastfeeds in daytime

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for reaching to us.
At 18 months it is better to breast feed only in the night . Try stopping in the daytime at least . This will make him to feel hungry so that he eats solids . Eat together as a family . Encourage him to eat from your plate too . It is better to let him play with his food , let him enjoy and spill , no problem .
To improve constipation, it is better to give more fruits and vegetables and water to help in formation of soft stools .
It is better to avoid snacks like Biscuits and chocolates .
Water and juices will help him

Dr Arun
