Detailed Answer:
Hi Bigfoul,
Where are the swollen lymph nodes placed, precisely? And is there pain any other place besides the testicles? When is the pain? When you move? Is it constant?
Do you have blood in your urine? Weight loss over recent months? Any preexisting medical conditions?
Looking forward to hearing from you again.
