My Ultrasound Scan Report Says That Endometrial Thickness Is 10mm

Question: my ultrasound scan report says that endometrial thickness is 10mm and this is the reason for my scanty menstrual flow. Scan is done on 30th april and my menstrual period started on 15th april. Report also says that there are minute follicles present in both ovaries. Anything abnormal found? I am 33y old.
