Question : my urine is cloudy , not all the time , like once a week or so .... i dont know why , i cant feel any other symptoms

Occasional cloudy urine without any other urinary symptoms has no consequences and is usually due to dehydration.

Get your routine urine analysis done to rule out infection which is the prime cause for urine to be cloudy.

Ensure to drink 2.5-3 liters of water in 24 hours.
