Question : my wife have sever psoriasis, her meds are otezla, but that's not working, her doctor is changing her meds humira, her internal doctor had some test done to check for psoriatic arthritis, today she is pain, her hips are not letting her get out of bed, could tell me what can she take for pain.

I read your query and here is my advice.

She is taking disease modifying rheumatoid drugs and biological response modifiers and are very important to reduce inflammation.
Also she needs to take antinflamatory drugs for inflammation and pain. She can try etodolac, diclofenac , hydrocodone or cocodamol.
