I have gone through your query and understood your concern.
Considering all the test result of Comprehensive Metabolic Panel i can say that the general health state of your wife is OK.
Kidney function tests results are within the range.
Liver tests show a slightly elevation of liver enzymes.
Elevated liver enzymes often indicate inflammation or damage to cells in the liver caused by drugs,alcohol or specifif diseases.
In this circumstances i suggest to do an abdomen ultrasound to see the liver structure and some specific blood test like total bilirubin,GGT,ALT,protrombin time,albumin dhe total protein.
These test are neccessary to understand the root cause of liver actual condition and consecutively to have the right treatement.
About Diabetes,considering the fasting test result i can say that she may need to adjust the dosis or even to change the treatement of Diabetes because the fasting blood sugar is high.
I suggest to do the HbA1C test and to measure even 2h after meal.blood sugar.
