Brief Answer:
Soft tissue damage
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
I have seen the xray attached. There is no any sort of damage to the bones in the neck. It could be a old injury which we usually cant make out in xrays or it could be a soft tissue injury .
I suggest you go for physiotherapy which may take time but surely help you out. When one cannot find any sort of damage in the bones , the management of the pain becomes more conservative.
Hope, I answered your query.

Sir i have attended physiotherapy 2 times but no pain releif please sujjest me something si that i can be out of this chronic pain
Brief Answer:
Pain management is not the resort
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
As i told if there was a physical damage seen, there could be a definitive treatment.
There is no pathology in the bones . So search should be made to identify soft tissue injury. An MRI is the gold standard test to identify such problems.

Sir my mri is already done i send u report

Report send of mri

Sir i attached report herewith of my mri
Brief Answer:
not even significant soft tissue injury
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the report.
Mri scan too rules out any significant soft tissue injury. I would still recommend the best modality of treatment being Physiotherapy.
For temporary relief I would advice a painkiller with a muscle relaxant for a better relief.
An example - Diclofenac with Tizanidine.
