Question: on the 26th of August I accidentally swallowed backed chips with out chewing and for the last 6 days i was having breathing problems, bloating, chest pain and hard time pooping.

It is advisable to get to Emergency Department of a Hospital to rule out any more chips near the wind pipe which can be removed.
A chest infection needs to be ruled out which can be treated with antibiotics as well.
