On The Days That I Work Out Or I'm Exhausted
Question: on the days that I work out or I'm exhausted I have thumping headaches starting form my forehead that last all the way till my neck. after a while they go away. especially when I let gas out and after a while urinate and poop. right after this the head ache gets better. what could be the reason?

but I workout in the morning. this head ache usually starts in the afternoon and lasts almost till night. when I use the loo in the night it goes away.
