I have noted the details. The term hypoplastic means narrowing of the blood vessel present since birth. It does not have any clinical significance and does not lead to any brain-related symptoms. If one artery is narrow at birth, the same blood supply can be maintained by other arteries, which are slightly larger in diameter.
