Question : pain in right forearm and breast and upper right back. sometimes pain spreads to right shoulder, neck and whole right side including the right leg. pain sometimes disturbs sleep.
PAIN remains 24 hours, breast pains when pressed, pain seems to be internal, pressing a specific spot on upper right back radiates the pain
It is a suffocating pain, I feel very weak I feel like taking some energy-rich food and taking rest
Lately seen a slight change in breast size

Nothing of this sort, I was given general painkillers which I don't take so often.
The problem has been persisting for 5-6 years, it has increased in the past few months such that when I am working in a standing position, i get pain in the upper back. No major stress, normal cycles, no history of viral fever or chikungunya.
My weight is fine, diet is fine, no medical issues like diabetes or thyroid, high BP

Brief Answer:
As detailed below.
Detailed Answer:
Sincere thanks for your complete feedback.
The pain at a specified area in upper back can be RSI that repeated stress injury that causes fibrosis in a long run hence the tenderness as you have explained so well - (pressing a specific spot on upper right back radiates the pain)
The nearby muscles go into protective spasm as would body respond normally, but over time this becomes a condition called fibromyalgia.
You may please consult an Orthopedic Surgeon for proper clinical evaluation, examination and management after necessary investigations.
Cervical spondilitis should be ruled out in such a unilateral pain by MRI of cervical spine and MRI spinal survey. This will help to confirm or rule out any specific problems as a causative factor.
Proper medications may help you to overcome the problems.
Once the pain is relieved or cured you may feel better and have less weakness.
I hope this answer helps you.
Please feel free to give feedback, ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.

Brief Answer:
Mammogram- good idea as you have symptoms.
Detailed Answer:
Doing Mammography is a good idea at the age of 31, particularly if there is any history of cancer in your family related by blood (blood relatives.
