Brief Answer:
MRI required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

These are premenstrual symptoms.

Some varied degree of pain is normal before menses which is normal if bearable.

If it is too much , there is need of MRI scan to identify if there are any compression of the nerves which i causing this pain. Such pain is generally treated after knowing cause of severe numbness and pain.

Please see your doctor for an MRI examination if pain is unbearable.

Let me know if you need any more help.

Regards
