Reports are self explanatory and your Consultant Physician or still better Gastroenterologist will help you for clinical actual examination, correlation and treatment of the changes in blood report, give you symptomatic treatment and treat the problems as would be properly diagnosed.
IU would advise you the following:
Upper GI Endoscopy.
Ultrasound of the whole abdomen.
This will further help to get a correct diagnosis and thus have specific treatment.
