Brief Answer:
Go for an endoscvopy test.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for choosing "Ask a Doctor" service for your query,
Have gone through your details and things should be taken seriously.
An endoscopy needs to be done to look for the cause of problem. It can be achalasia cardia or spasms in the muscle of esophagus or can be constriction of the muscles of esophagus.A number of differencial diagnosis can be there.
However Achalasia cardia is more common. The main cause of achalasia is degeneration of the nerve cells in the esophagus (the food pipe). The exact reason why this happens is not known. The loss of nerve cells in the esophagus causes two major problems that interfere with swallowing.
Firstly, the muscles that line the esophagus do not contract normally, so that swallowed food is not pushed forward through the esophagus and into the stomach properly. Secondly the lower esophageal sphincter (LES), a valve made of of muscles, does not relax with swallowing as it does in normal people. As a result, the esophagus above the persistently contracted XXXXXXX starts to dilate, and large volumes of food and saliva can accumulate in the dilated esophagus.
I would suggest you to go for a planned endoscopy test where a tube with camera would be inserted into the mouth and the problem would be diagnosed.
Hope i was helpful and easy to understand,
