Question : please check the image and tell me could this cause balance disorder or virtigo. I been have balance issues for years and all my test came back normal. could you look at the attachment and let me know if it could cause balance issues.

I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the attachment you have uploaded and it shows that you are having C4/5 mild disc protrusion an mild spinal stenosis neuroforaminal patent. Also possible disc protrusion in C5/6.
This problems with your cervical spine can cause your symptoms of lack of balance, vertigo and coordination issues.
So it can cause shoulder pain and numbness in hands and in upper arm deltoid region.

Use antinflamatory drugs such advil or naproxen.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
You may need to use antinflamatory drugs such advil or naproxen for pain. Also you may use muscle spasms relaxants such muscoflex.
Also your doctor may inject corticosteroids in space around nerves to bring swelling down and improve symptoms.

If still your symptoms aren't better you may need surgery and consult an orthopedist surgeon.
