It's normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It's sinus rhythm with normal rate rhythm and axis. There is early repolarisation pattern which is a variant. No other significant St t abnormalities seen.
So, there are no significant abnormalities seen in Ecg. Prognosis is good in these patients.
