I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
I went through the ultrasound report you have uploaded.
Your father is having two issues-
1. Simple liver cyst. This is a harmless condition and can be ignored
2. Fatty liver.
The following should be done for fatty liver.
a) Get liver function test done
b) Calculate the BMI and try to keep it under 25
c) Check blood glucose and Cholesterol levels and treat if they are high.
I presume your father does not drink alcohol.
