Question : please find report of Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 test of my wife. can you please suggest what medication or measures need to be taken based on this repott

Low D3

Detailed Answer:
D3 levels are low, she can take D rise 60IU weekly once for 4-8 weeks. Let her expose to sunlight before 8:30 AM and after 5PM.

For B12 she can take food supplements like red meat, fish.
