Detailed Answer:
Hello,
After going through the echo report attached by you I can understand your concern for your sister's health. I would like to inform you that as per the report there is mild LVH.
LVH means left ventricular hypertrophy which in common terms mean slight increase in thickness of ventricular muscles. This usually happens when a person is having constantly raised blood pressure.
I would like to suggest you get her blood pressure charted regularly for a week.
I hope this information will guide you properly. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Kind Regards

Hello
Detailed Answer:
Yes if healthy lifestyle is followed strictly it can be reverted. And don’t worry there is nothing significant as such. With these echo finding there are no complications but yes if bp persistently stay high then complications can occur.
But as she is quite young so need not think about all these scenarios and just maintain and follow healthy lifestyle routine.
