Need to repeat ecg

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After reviewing the ecg image attached by you I would like to tell you that there are no Significant STT changes in the ecg.

However there are atrial ectopics coming in only 2 leads ie lead III and avl which technically is not possible and also the P waves are missing in some leads so basically there is some technical error in recording the ecg.

Advisable to get an ecg repeated.
